About Me
Hi, my name is Linda Belle. I’m currently a nineteen year old student lost somewhere in the piny woods of Texas. I’m studying psychology, and I’m planning on earning my Masters in psychology. I’m not a vegetarian simply because I like animals, but because of my personal spiritual beliefs. I’ve been a vegetarian for three years. It was a fairly easy decision for me and has played an incredible role in my life.
If I were to be sorted into any house it would be Ravenclaw. That brings me to another fact you should know about me, I’m a complete nerd. I’m a nerd in almost every sense of the word. I wear glasses, collect books, and laugh at Lord of the Rings jokes. I have crushes on dead poets or living writers (ie: John Green). I’ve been online since the nineties. I started on Neopets and somehow progressed to this sexy blog. I’m so nerdy that I have over 200 books that are in order of genre. Yeah, that’s pretty nerdy.
I was born in east Texas. I have an east Texan accent; if you’ve never heard one it sounds like this, “Hay, how are ya? Well, I’m doin’ great.” On the stormy afternoon of March 20th in 1989 I entered the world, that makes me a Pisces. As much as I don’t recommend putting one’s ideas into astrology, I am the typical Pisces in every sense. I moved from east Texas to the Houston area when I was nine when my parents divorced.
I love long nature walks, suspense and action movies, and learning new things. When I’m not hunched over school books you can usually find me in the library, theatre (working my butt off or procrastinating), or (on that rare occasion) in my room enjoying the peace and quiet. My favourite quote is, “Rather than love, than money, than fame, give me truth.” by Henry David Thoreau.
There is one last thing I’d like you to know about me: I want to know you.

Favourite Poem
Wild Geese
You do not have to be good.
You do not have to walk on your knees
for a hundred miles through the desert, repenting.
You only have to let the soft animal of your body love
what it loves.
Tell me about despair, yours, and I will tell you mine.
Meanwhile, the world goes on.
Meanwhile the sun and the clear pebbles of the rain
are moving across landscapes,
over the prairies and deep trees,
the mountains and the rivers.
Meanwhile the wild geese, high in the clean blue air
are heading home again.
Whoever you are, no matter how lonely,
the world offers itself to your imagination,
calls to you like the wild geese, harsh and exciting—
over and over announcing your place
in the family of things.
—Mary Oliver
Linda Belle stirs up trouble in Sherwood Forest, hangs out with Adrian Monk solving crimes, and may or may not be the half-sister of George Michael Blueth. She's an avid reader and a compulsive writer. In her spare time she organizes her novels and sneers at Stephanie Meyers.
